Messenger - Instagram

To link Instagram to your Facebook page and ChatBot follow the steps below.

  • Enter the Settings area of your Facebook Page and click Left Menu > Instagram (https://www.facebook.com/YOUR-PAGE-SLUG/settings/).
  • Click Connect account and complete the setup.
  • Sync Messenger with ChatBot again and you're done. Mind that only new messages will be synchronized, the old ones will not be imported.
